Mountain Crane working with Bumgarner Construction on the new U of U's scoreboard in Salt Lake City, Utah. The U of U's new scoreboard cost $13.5 million dollars. The board is 122 feet wide, 64 feet tall, and has 2.6 million pixels, making it one of the bigger boards in the country. It’s an LED board, not only improving video quality, but allowing for better graphics, images, advertising, and detailed shots. Mountain Crane had two cranes on site, a Terex 55t RT and a Grove TMS9000E. Lastly, it was a fun job, and Mountain Crane was thrilled to be a part of such a unique project.
