She has a very cute 9-month old daughter named Emery Reilynn. In her spare time Kara enjoys snowboarding, riding 4 wheelers, playing with her daughter, going “jeeping”, hiking, and watching Motor Cross. She also loves the color pink and her pit bull.
Mountain Crane Service employees went through several consecutive sessions of safety training over the holiday break. Mountain Crane management likes to take advantage of the down time during these winter months to renew certifications and gear up for a new year. Safety is a high priority at Mountain Crane and we had over 90% attendance despite conflicts with holiday plans. Employees are now certified for 2013 through the Wyoming/Montana Safety Council, Utah Safety Council, and MSHA. We had several excellent instructors visit Mountain Crane Service facilities over the course of this training. If you would like additional information regarding these instructors feel free to contact Gary Rehmer at email@example.com.
Mountain Crane Service has been actively involved in the construction and maintenance of wind turbines since the purchase of its first Manitowoc 16000 in 2008. We now have a group of cranes especially suited to this line of work, as well as skilled crews of operators & riggers. These crews are well-versed in the project management, scheduling, and remote jobsite conditions that accompany wind maintenance. They are resilient to adverse weather conditions and perform their tasks safely and efficiently.
For more information on the equipment available to service your next wind farm construction or maintenance project, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are willing and able to perform work nationwide.
Erin Jepperson is the newest addition to our Engineering Department. Her favorite part about Mountain Crane is interacting with a wide range of personalities. She also enjoys getting to work with the various companies that Mountain Crane does lifts for and meeting lots of people, making every project unique and different from day to day.
Erin was born and raised in Salt Lake City. After graduating high school she moved to San Diego for a couple of years. She has an awesome cat, two sets of parents and an older brother who she is very close with.
She enjoys doing pretty much anything when she has free time, from being outdoors and going on river trips, dining out, or just taking it easy watching this or that from the comfort of her couch. Erin also plays the piano and enjoys skeet shooting. To keep her engineering side balanced out with her more artistic side, she does occasional work at a theatre and even tries to oil paint every once in a while.
Over the summer, Mountain Crane contributed to the 2012 World Series for 14-year olds that was hosted in Murray, UT. This is a very prestigious event that relies on the support and donations of local businesses to succeed and accommodate all those who come to participate. Mountain Crane Service was officially honored and saluted as one of the businesses which made exemplary contribution to the success of the Babe Ruth 14-Year Old World Series by the Mayor and Murray City Municipal Council.
In order to serve our customers better, Mountain Crane has established what we call the Mountain Crane Law. This incorporates three elements that we consider crucial for a job well done, which are summarized in the terms ontime, prepared, and safety compliant.
The law states that the company will 1) arrive on time AND finish on time 2) will have ALL the information and equipment required to complete the job and 3) will be compliant with its own stringent safety standards as well as those of the customer.
The Mountain Crane Management Team reviews MCL successes and areas for improvement in a weekly meeting. Employees are nominated for MCL Representative of the Week based on their performance and attitude.
Customer feedback is a valuable tool in gauging the performance of our company and individual employees. Feel free to contact your sales rep for more information.
